HOW TO BURN FAT FAST!

People all over the world want to know how to burn fat fast. Why? Well just think about it… If you knew how to burn fat fast, you could pretty much eat whatever you wanted any time you wanted and just sit back and think about that for a minute… Eating whatever you want any time you want. What a concept, right?

Well with just a little work and strategy, you can do just that… How? By speeding up your metabolism so that it ends up burning fat fast — faster than you are currently burning your fat stores.  Most people do not know or understand that as they age, their metabolism slows down. When your metabolism slows down, even IF you really haven’t changed your eating habits, you end up gaining more fat that your body needs to burn because your metabolism simply isn’t burning the stored fat like it used to.

As a matter of fact, right around the age of 40, you begin to lose approximately a half-pound of muscle each year. A HALF POUND! But what does this mean exactly? It means that once this process starts happening to us, our bodies burn approximately 400 FEWER CALORIES each and every day. Let’s take that fact just a little further… Did you know that by not burning fat as fast as we once could and burning 400 less calories each day translates in gaining a pound of fat every week?

Ouch.

Let’s take it even further… There’s 52 weeks in a year so if we’re gaining an additional pound a week for an entire year, we will have gained a total of 52 additional pounds of fat!

Ouch! Ouch!

Unfortunately, this is now a fact of life in this modern age of ours unless of course, you perform a lot of physical manual labor in your job, are a personal trainer, or simply workout during the week. Gone are the days of working a job all day, getting home and doing several hours of additional chores to keep you in shape.

So what do we, as 40 plus aging citizens do?

We speed up our metabolism so that we can burn fat faster than we are currently burning it. How do we do that? It really isn’t as difficult as you might think…

  • Weight Training
