Question:
What's an eBook?
Answer:
An
eBook is simply a digital file that you can store on your computer's
hard drive, CD, or even a floppy disk. Our particular eBook is in PDF
(portable document file) format. Not only are PDF eBooks safe on the
environment, but you have complete control in how you handle your
eBook. You can print the entire eBook out or any specific pages you
like as many times as you like. These days, most computers come
standard with Adobe Reader but just in case your
computer doesn't have Adobe Reader, you can always download it for free. In fact, for
older computers that cannot run the current version of Adobe Reader,
you can always download Free eXPert PDF Reader or Foxit Reader.
Question:
Does The Negative Calorie Diet require me to eat my meals according to
a strict eating plan?
Answer:
Absolutely not! The Negative Calorie Diet is actually very flexible. We
do provide a week long diet that you can literally implement any time

Question:
What happens after I pay? When am I able to download my eBook and
bonuses?
Answer:
Immediately! 24 hours a day -- 7 days a week! It doesn't matter if it's

are not able to download everything within the seven days, simply send
us a support eMail along with your ClickBank receipt number and we will
be more than happy to reset your download account for another 7 days...

Question:
What happens if my computer explodes or my hard drive fails and I need
to download again?

we ask is that you are able to give us as much of your order
information as possible. If you no longer have access to this
information, we're usually able to locate your order information based
on the eMail address you used when you ordered. Your download account
never expires unless you've been issued a refund. As long as we can
verify that you did in fact order and purchase, you'll always be able
to download.
Question:
Can I share my eBook with my friends and family?
Answer:
No.
Every eBook must be purchased through our site. We utilize tracking
software that automatically shuts down any eBook that ends up being
shared on more than five (5) different IP address blocks. Additionally,
when you are issued a refund, we also shut your eBook down.
Question:
My ISP issues me a different IP address every time I log on to the
Internet... Will this cause you to shut down my eBook?
Answer:
Absolutely not. Most ISPs utilize blocks of IP addresses. Before any
eBook is shut down, we investigate that each IP address comes from a
completely different ISP. Since 1997, we've NEVER had a problem with
shutting down anyone's eBook by mistake.
Question:
But I use WiFi at several different coffee shops. Will this cause you
to shut down my eBook?
Answer:
Absolutely not. Our state of the art tracking software does not shut
down eBooks simply being read at a coffee shop while you're accessing
the Internet via a WiFi connection. Any time our eBook is opened the
first time on someone's computer and that computer is connected to the
Internet, that IP address is compared against the original purchaser's
IP address. Once five (5) completely different blocks of IP addresses
are logged, Support investigates the situation before an eBook is shut
down.
Question:
Everyone can make mistakes... What if you shut down my eBook by mistake?
Answer:
Well
this has never happened but like you say... Everyone makes mistakes. If
we do happen to make this mistake, we are more than happy to reactivate
the eBook however, we never shut down an eBook until we eMail the
customer we sold the eBook to for more clarification.
Question:
Does it matter where I live or what country I live in? Can I still
order The Negative Calorie Diet?
Answer:
Absolutely! It doesn't matter what country you live in. We've processed
orders from over one hundred (100) different countries. ClickBank's
